- 2 items: £2.50 – half-price delivery
- 3 or more items: FREE delivery

Delivery times
Every SnugglePaws gift is made to order just for you.
- Production: usually 2 to 5 working days
- UK delivery: usually 2 to 5 working days after dispatch
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships
Times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, so please order early. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Returns and refunds
Because each item is personalised with your own photo and made to your specification, we can't offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If anything is wrong with your order, we'll put it right. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
We print the photo you upload, so we can't be responsible for a blurry or low-quality image you've supplied. If we think your photo won't print well, we'll get in touch before printing.
Lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 working days, contact us and we'll chase it with the courier and sort out a replacement if needed.
